(or you will need to purchase one at our desk $15) |

FYI:
You must show your USTA card (or receipt) at our tournaments. You may
purchase one at our Tournament. If you “forget” to bring it, you must supply
us with a check to the USTA ($15) or CC # and fill out a renewal form. You
will have 3 days to fax us a copy of your child’s USTA card and your check
will then be returned to you.
It is our goal to get this schedule posted on our website by Monday evening
at 9:00. However, if you choose to send us a self addressed stamped
envelope, we will also mail you the schedule by Tuesday morning. |
