(You will only be playing ONE of these two days, for an approximate 2½ hour block of time)

 
Deadline: Must be received in our NCTP mail box by March 11, 2010
   
Main Site: Vista Tennis Club
   
Events: Girls and Boys Singles - age 10, 12, 14 16 and 18. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
   
Format: Round Robin play, groups may be combined; a group of two may play one match. Check in at the tournament desk 15 minutes before match time. Decision of the Tournament Director is final. Please do not enter another tournament held on the same dates as this one. Defaults must be phoned in as soon as possible before tournament deadline to 760-402-8900. Credits will only be given if defaults are called in prior to entry deadline date, and in the event of rain. If raining, call NCTP! This is Round Robin. You must not be late!
   
Rules of Conduct: Fair play, good sportsmanship and appropriate grooming are expected of all participants. No parents or other spectators allowed on courts and no coaching during play. Neither shall speak to players on the court unless personal or medical emergency. All questions should be directed to the tournament officials.
   
Awards: Two winners and runners-up in each category.
   
Fees: Must be paid in advance. $15 for NCTP members, $25 for non NCTP members. $40 Annual NCTP family membership (Jan-Dec 2010) may be included with entry. This reduces fees, makes you partially eligible for the Grand Finale in December.
  Participants must be USTA members: $15 per year for a junior membership. (You can sign up at our tournament desk)
   
Entries: Make check payable to NCTP. Send check, entry form and self-addressed stamped envelope (if desired to be notified by mail) to:

You will be notified by mail approximately three days in advance only if SASE is provided. If you haven't heard by Wednesday at 5:00 PM, please call 760-402-8900 or check our web site at www.NCTP.net. No credits after deadline. No phone/fax entries.
